Mr. Alok Ranjan, an IAS officer with 30 years of distinguished services, PGDM Degree from IIM Ahmedabad and BA Hons Economics from St. Stephens college, Delhi. Retired as Chief Secretary of UP (Executive head of the state) .He is the established leader with extensive experience of administration cutting across a wide variety of sectors concerned with economics, finance, Industrial governance and others. He is the author of 2 books. Post retirement from IAS he held the office of Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh (Cabinet Minister Rank) and Chairman UPSIDC. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of BENETT COLAMAN University. Chairman of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam foundation and Think Tank foundation .
Mr. Alok Ranjan is the ex officio Chairman (Honorary) for ILACC .
Mr. Amarendra Khatua, IFS (Retd.)
Former Director General (ICCR) & Secretary (Special Assignment), MEA (Govt of India)
Mr. Amarendra Khatua belongs to 1981 Batch of Indian Foreign Service. During his diplomatic career, he has held Trade and Economic positions in various Indian Missions including Madrid, Mexico City, Karachi, Moscow and New York. At the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, he has worked in different capacities in key divisions including Finance, Administration, Northern Division and Latin America Division. He has also served in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Planning Commission and Ministry of Industry. He assumed charge as Director General, Indian Council for Cultural Relations and also holding the post of Secretary (Special Assignment) in Ministry of External Affairs. Prior to this appointment he was Dean, Foreign Service Institute on January 4, 2016, Ambassador of India to Argentina and concurrently to Uruguay and Paraguay from 2012 to December 2015 and Ambassador of India to Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) and concurrently as Ambassador to Guinea and Liberia and as High Commissioner to Sierra Leone from 2005-2007. He has also served as special envoy to South Sudan and Sudan to broker peace between the two countries. He also served as Secretary (Special Assignment) in Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
Mr Balvinder Kumar, IAS (Retd.)

Mr. Balvinder Kumar, IAS officer of 1981 Batch of U.P. Cadre and Former Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India. He has worked on various assignments at State as well as Central Govt.
His previous assignment→ Vice Chairman, Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India, Principal/Additional Secretary, Trade Tax Deptt., Chairman and Chief Executive officer Noida, Managing Director UPSIDC, Joint Secretary Deptt. Of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemical Fertilizer, Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Special Secretary Staff officer to Advisor to H.E. Governor, District Magistrate (D.M.) Moradabad etc.
Mr. Balvinder Kumar has written 2 widely acclaimed books title “Man’s Spiritual Journey and Awakening the Thinking Mind – as Inward Journey”. The 2nd book was released in Sept. 2016 by 2 Central Minister’s and the Cabinet Secretary and later the book presented to President, Prime Minister of India and Dalai Lama.
Mr. Balvinder Kumar has varied experience in the sector of Revenue Administration, Taxation, Industrial Development, Food & Civil Supplies, Social Development, Women and Child Development, Housing Sector at Noida. In Central Level he has the vast experience of Fertilizer, Agriculture, Handloom, Mines and Metal sector and also Vice Chairman of Delhi Development Authority.
Mr. Balvinder Kumar got superannuated on Feb. 28, 2017. He is advisor to our Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Kishor Dudani, IFS (Retd.)

Mr Kishor Dudani started his career in Indian Foreign Service in 1974 and served Govt. of India up to July 2009. Worked in various countries like Saudi Arabia, Iraq, U.K., Indonesia, UAE(Dubai) and Australia (Sydney) and at various desks in MEA ( Protocol, Administration, UN Division, Foreign Service Institute, Passport Officer, External Publicity, Policy Planning etc. He Retired as Dy. Secretary, Govt of India ( Ministry of External Affairs).
Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay ITS (Retd.)

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay, a seasoned professional with experience of nearly 40 years in the telecommunications sector.
Mr. Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay had been working as Chairman & Managing Director of BSNL (A, Government of India Enterprise) since 30th April 2011 until 30.06.2014. BSNL, with an annual turn – over of approx US $6 Billion, is one of the largest and the leading Telco providing complete bouquet of telecom services in India.
My Upadhyay worked in TCIL in various capacities and was its Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) from March 2007 till July 2011. He has to his credit the turnaround of TCIL. He was instrumental in planning and execution strategy of the Emergency restoration of communications in Afghanistan in 2003-2004.
He joined the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, as an Indian Telecom Service (ITS) Officer of 1975 batch after obtaining B Tech in Electronics Engineering degree from IIT, B.H.U. (Passed with Honors).
He has attended, addressed and presented papers at many national and international seminars and conferences. He has also attended specialized training program(s) in United Kingdom, Norway etc.
Mr. Anil Trigunayat, (IFS Retd)
Former Ambassador to Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Libya, Malta and Secretary Indian Diplomat Association.
Mr. Anil Trigunayat is the Advisor to the Indo Latin American Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Anil Trigunayat is a member of the Indian Foreign Service. He has served in the Indian Missions in Cote d’Ivoire, Bangladesh, Mongolia, USA, Russia, Sweden and Nigeria, Libya and Jordan. In the Ministry of External Affairs he has worked in the Economic, West Asia and North Africa and Consular Divisions.
He also served as Director General/Joint Secretary for the Gulf & Haj Divisions in the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi. Thereafter, Mr. Trigunayat worked as Deputy Chief of Mission in the rank of Ambassador in the Embassy of India, Moscow
Prior to his superannuation in May 2016, he served as Ambassador of India to Jordan and Libya and High Commissioner to Malta( June 2012 – May 2016).
He is a member of the All India Management Association/Delhi Management Association as well as that of Oxford and Cambridge Society of India and the Association of Indian Diplomats ( former Ambassadors) . He is also the Honorary Member of the International Trade Council, Brussels.
He is also honorary Adviser to BRICS Chamber of Commerce.
Amb Trigunayat knows French, Russian and Spanish languages.
